Product: All in one desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a client that needs the date and time of when the computer was set back to factory defaults. The problem is they had a bad employee do it and they do not know the computer password or they lost it. So we have to take out the hard drive and look at the files threw a enclosure. Would there be any notpad files to see when it was set back to factory defaults? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
