Hi:
What is the full model number or product number of your AIO PC?
Use this guide to find that information...please do not post the serial number.

Did you previously upgrade the PC to W10?
If so you can reinstall W10 for free on the new drive by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool from the link below.

hi
HP Beats Special Edition 23-n010 All-in-One Desktop PC Product Specifications
you obviously did not create the disk / usb recovery as mentioned here?
the computer being of origin under windows 8, you can use the iso microsoft

if you had windows 10 installed, it's here:

Hi, @ABrown78
If you have to reinstall W8.1, you need to use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below that you will need to transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive so that it is bootable, or you can use a different free utility such as Rufus.
From the list of W8.1 operating systems listed on the Microsoft download site, you want the plain W8.1 64 bit ISO file.
After W8.1 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
If you would rather buy recovery media, then you would have to get it from this vendor at the link below, since HP no longer sells it.
