Welcome to the HP Forum.
You will probably see the system disk has failed if you run HP diagnostics.
Check your PC's hardware as follows:
Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.
Select "F2". Run system and component tests.
The Windows boot manager could also be corrupted. Fixing the Windows boot manager is a PITA.
Let me know if HP diagnostics shows a system drive failure.
