Your question can't really be answered -- for the following reasons.
There is no single HP Business Desktop -- so there is no single answer. That's like asking what is the MPG of a car without providing the model.
This forum provides support for non-commercial customers and products. For commercial customers and products, you have to contact HP Enterprise.
While the LTSB version 1607 is still supported by MS through Fall of this year, we here do not support Enterprise versions of Windows. See the information directly above.
