HP Z2 Tower G4 Workstation
Microsoft Windows 11

Is anyone from HP here to assist with fixing a link on their support website to a driver?

I have a "HP Z2 Tower G4 Workstation" system.

I am trying to download the "Intel Bluetooth Drivers 22.130.0.2 Rev.A-DCH 21.6MB June 22, 2022" for Windows 11.  I am able to click the download link but then get a page stating:

"The requested URL /storage/nawest1/hpi.origin.cdn.level3.net/published/pub/softpaq/sp140501-141000/sp140765.exe was not found on this server."

I have tried downloading from multiple computers across multiple physical locations, with the same issue, so I know it is not a problem at my end.

Hi, @PCman81

This is a peer-to-peer forum, so no one from HP would be able to help you with that problem.

The file must have been removed for some reason because when I look at your PC's support page, there is no Intel Bluetooth driver listed at all.

If you want the latest Intel Bluetooth driver, you can always download it from Intel's website.

Interesting...I have never seen a Bluetooth driver not listed under the networking drivers section on any HP PC's support page.

😀

Me, nothing surprises me anymore in the product pages @Paul_Tikkanen
sometimes it gets quite complicated

Hi Paul

The link I found was under the Driver-Keyboard area, not the Driver-Network area.
