HP Recommended

MY wifes E mails didnt transfer over from yahoo,com .She didnt have a google account Im not sure if that was the problem .I opened a  goggle account but the HP  tower 290 asked that i download a PDF file 146mb ob win .I finally got her E mails but didnt do anything with the pdf file and it comes up on the right side of her E mail ,Can I delete it or should i do whatever it says to the computer .I'm not very Teck Savey .I dont want to delete anything that is needed or apply something I dont need

If you are installing Outlook (windows/office 365) and want to start using that to receive yahoo mail, you might get better assistance at Microsoft.

 

If this is a new PC and you are setting up yahoo mail the easiest is to just go to y.ahoo.com  click on the account icon and log in using her username and password.  username is her email.

 

If yahoo+ mail then you need to enter the subscription code as it is not free,
