J`ai fait installer le système HELIX de Videotron. Depuis ce temps , je ne peux plus imprimer même si j`ai configuré l`imprimante.Le test réseau sans fil donne pour résultat: SUCCÈS
Connectivité: SUCCÈS
Réseau: SUCCÈS
Paramètre: SUCCÈS
J`ai enlevé et ré-installé l`imprimante. Je peux numériser un document et l`envoyer à mon ordi ais elle refuse d`imprimer les documents que j`envoie via l`ordi.
Elle me demande le code PIN WPS, où le trouve-t-on ????

Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Remove all instances of the same.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- Restart the PC again.
Download and install printer full feature driver

I just by the new HELIX system from Videotron.
Now I can`t use my printer. I log the printer with the new password. I can scanne from the printer to my PC but after I cannot print anything.
Diagnostic of printer:
- WI-FI Success
- Connect Success
- Network Success
- Parameter Success
I try to download driver from internet but when I try to use the printer, I always have one error.
What can I do more ????
