Enter in Bios when keyboard and usb in off HP All-in-One 24-f0000nl

Hi, have a problem on enter in Bios to activate a secure usb OFF in Secure usb ON...

PC turn on but keyboard and another usb device don't work and not can enter in Bios to reactivate function

how can ?

model with touchscreen HP All-in-One 24-f0000nl

Please perform a Hard Reset and see if your keyboard and mouse work:

  1. Turn off the computer.
  2. Disconnect all peripheral devices and remove all USB devices and media cards.
  3. Disconnect the AC power adapter.
  4. Press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds.
  5. Reconnect the AC power adapter.
  6. Turn on the computer.
  7. Plug the mouse and keyboard in and restart the computer, entering bios.
