Envy 700-230 will not boot up after reset to factory settings

HP ENVY 700-230QE FOR DESKTOP PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Deleted a large file and shutdown normally.  The next day, would lock up during normal boot up.  Continued to lock up so performed reset to factory settings and still will not boot up and am at a loss.  Cannot restore to an earlier date because of the reset.  Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, thank you.

 How was the reset attempted, did you make use of the HP Recovery partition (F11) or did you use the HP recovery media? 
If you don't have an HP Recovery media and have attempted reset using the windows troubleshooter or a retail copy of windows, you'll need to order a recovery media: Click here for steps.
