Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I tried to do a factory reset to erase all my files and reinstall Window's 10. Followed all of the prompts. It's been stuck at 64% for over 12 hours now. I'm trying to give this computer to a friend, but I can't until this is fixed.

Need to know if this is a laptop or desktop -- and the model number -- because some models can not do an internal factory reset and if yours is one of those, we would need to provide you info on doing an external one.
