Hi,
The error code indicates a fault with a ram module, although it may be worth re-seating the module(s) just in case there's a bad connection.

Hi,
You're more than welcome
First of all, accessing the memory module in this machine requires a lot of disassembly, so if the notebook is still under warranty, my best advice would be to contact HP and arrange for this to be repaired -If needed, you can check your warranty status Here.
If you live in the US, contact HP Here.
If you live in the UK, contact HP Here.
If you are in another part of the world, start Here.
If you are no longer under warranty and want to try removing and re-seating the memory module ( although if the module has failed as the error code suggests, it will need to be replaced ), the procedure is detailed starting near the bottom of Page 57 in your Maintenance & Service Guide.
Regards,
DP-K
