HP All-in-One PC 27-dp1086qe

My fan continually runs, not quietly might I add. It isn't a dust issue. Been there, done that, checked it off the possibilities. I called support and we did updates and test and it fixed it for a total of 10 minutes (maybe). Any suggestions?

I see that you are facing fan-related issues with your system. Do not worry, we are here to help you fix it. 

 

May I know if you have made any recent hardware or software changes to your system?

Do you get any error messages?

 

I would suggest you follow the steps shared in the link here and let me know the outcome of it.

 

If the issue persists, I would suggest you boot into the safe mode and check if the fan issue persists in the safe mode. Here is a link that will help you boot into the safe mode: LINK
