HP Recommended

Unable to successfully complete startup recovery as I’ve forgotten my admin password and I can’t find my boot disc. Was able to access command prompt but it’s saying I don’t have any save points I can revert to? Pretty sure I’m long past the warranty period. Tried changing my Microsoft account password to see if I can get in that way but apparently that is not my administrator password. I can buy a boot disc or get a friend to create one for me but how do I recover my administrator password? Seems like I won’t be able to do anything without it. Also not sure how to locate my windows 10 product key if I need to reinstall since I can’t start up my system.
