Frequent error in the system error logs ..

This has been reported multiple times by others -- why haven't you fixed the problems with this HP-provided software?

1) Why are you running a tool out of a Temp Directory? 

2) The error seems temporary ... that perhaps another process is attempting some sort of recovery at the same time.  Why not make the process resilient?  Back off for a few seconds and try again without logging an alarming error.

3) When are you going to fix your software problem?
