Hello, I got a VISUS ALERT that popped up on my screen earlier, and now the only person that's left in the office toi help me can hardly understand and talk English!!

I've had this happen b4 to me and I know it's a simple fix, and I haven't touched anything since it happened, the guy at HP Support India told me to go to HP Community and said I really hope someone there can help you.

So, Please if anyone knows anything about getting rid of this **bleep** alert PLEASE HELP ASAP!!

I read your post and i understand that your computer is coming up with a Virus Alert.

I'd like to help!

 

To better assist you -

 

  1. Could you share an image of the error on your computer?
  2. Have you tried running an anti-virus/malware/spyware scan on the device? If yes, could you please share the results?
