Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Laptop shuts down and then powers back up repeatedly! I have to then log back in and open the application I was using/ I also lose any recent data I added. I get a blue screen and a "Opps! We have encountered an Error" messge.

 

HP Laptop: 14-inch HP 2021.   Model: 14-fq0045nr
