HP 280 G4 Thermal Shutdown

HP Recommended
HP 280 G4 MT
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My PC automatically shutdown after a few days. After shutdown, I power on and receive message code 090D "thermal shutdown". I restart again and can use it normally for next several days without restarting.

+ My PC is a new PC. I upgraded BIOS the first time I use it. Now BIOS version is F31, May 2019.

+ I install a temperature monitoring software, recording temperature every minute. After the PC power off, I read software log but temperature is always around 40-50 Celcius degree.

+ It is not fan problem because after shutdown I open computer case to check fan, fan is good.

+ I change thermal paste for CPU, but it cannot solve the problem.

+ I do not use heavy-loaded software like image or video processing, just MS Office.

Anyone help me to solve it ? Thanks all !
