HP All-in-One 24-dp0001nb freeze

HP All-in-One 24-dp0001nb
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 2 HP All-in-One 24-dp0001nb with ryzen 5 cpu. Suddently after a couple of minutes they freeze. I can only shut down by holding the power button. Any Idea where to search? Both are a couple of weeks old.

NOTE: Though the article heading says “Computer Does Not Start” the steps are relevant for the issue you are facing.
