Microsoft Windows 11

I need to install Windows 11 using the Installation Media on a USB drive.  I have a HP All-in-One 27-cb1180 computer.  When I boot into the Windows Setup, the All-In-One's disk is not listed.  I have downloaded Intel's SetupRST and extracted the drivers onto the USB drive and then loaded/installed, then refreshed the disks and still do not see anything listed but the USB drive (Disk 0 Partition 1: ESD-USB - Primary, and Disk 0 Unallocated Space - Unallocated Space).  I have spent many many hours trying to get this working with no luck.
