Hello all,

I have the

HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-r088jp. I have downloaded the recovery from HP cloud. But it shows the Japanese language and only Ok button in English. It also shows some code. I want to reset my desktop to factory settings but when I press ok button it shuts down.

Can anyone please help me. Thanks in advance.

@ahmedalishah

Your machine is HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-r088jp. Where did you buy your machine ?  You should be able to use a similar machine.

Regards.

Thanks for the reply, sir. I do appreciate it. I had purchased this machine in Pakistan in the year 2018. Since then It is woking fine but accidentally deleted my recovery partition. Recovery from the cloud shows the Japanese language and a code with only "ok" in English. When I press "ok" the system shuts down.

I really want to set my system to factory settings, but in this scenario, it is not possible for me. Any help is again welcomed and appreciated.

Thanks and regards
