HP All-in-One PC

When I turn on my daughter's  All in one, she's able to log on, then the screen goes black. It's still on because he mouse if visible, but I can't do anything else. Any suggestion on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer goes to a blank screen after login.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Follow the below steps to change the display positions.
