Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP laptop told me that it was going to do a BIOS update, but now it is stuck at 75% for an hour. What do I do?

Btw, recently it has been randomly shutting off, so maybe something is wrong. But I cannot go to a store, since I am in a foreign country.
