Hi:

If the cloud recovery client utility isn't working for you, the only suggestion I can offer, would be to reinstall W10 using the media creation tool at the link below.

You will be able to create a bootable USB W10 installer.  You will need an 8 GB flash drive for this.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

After W10 installs, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page...

Yes, it's the easiest way that he has mislead me when it was possible to benefit from the recovery manager. This option is only possible with full formatting and reinstallation of the system, but not recovery with loss of licenses for windows, office, antivirus, etc. Thanks for the advice.

You're very welcome.

You can contact HP in your country and see if you can purchase W10 recovery media for your PC.

In the HP Cloud Recovery Tool utility under Windows 7 it is impossible to create a bootable USB flash drive. System requirements describes the link https://www.microsoft.com/ru-ru/p/hp-cloud-recovery-tool/9mtks9pr7r3n?wa=wsignin1.0&activetab=pivot%... .

1. Installed separately Windows 10 downloaded on the link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 the architecture is 64 bit.

2.Without activation of the set HP Cloud Recovery Tool downloaded from the link https://www.microsoft.com/ru-ru/p/hp-cloud-recovery-tool/9mtks9pr7r3n?wa=wsignin1.0&activetab=pivot%....

3. Entered the product id, loaded the image and created a bootable flash drive without errors!

4. Restored the HP device to factory settings.

(Manipulations with the loader in the command line did not lead to the result).

That is great news.

Glad you were able to get the cloud recovery client to work, and now you have a working recovery drive for the future.
