HP Cloud Recovery Tool

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool does not recognize the Product Number for my Desktop. A solution to this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome back to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

It looks like your PC does not support cloud recovery.

 

You have two options:

1. Order HP Recovery media here (Link). You can also install drivers and some software from this site if you install W10 clean.

2. Download and create W10 installation media on a different PC using this Microsoft site (Link) if you need to reinstall W10 now.

 

Select "I don't have a product key" during installation. Windows 10 should activate when you connect to the network.
