HP Compaq 8100 Elite Small Form Factor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey There,

I have an HP Compaq 8100 Elite SFF with the following specs:

CPU

Intel Core i5 650 @3.20GHz

RAM

4GB DDR3 1333MHz (Stock)

Disks

SSD 120 GB (Patriot Burst) Windows 10 Pro installed

HDD 160 GB (Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM) Pop!_OS 20.04 LTS installed

and the problem is that (only in windows) it's freezing randomly and sometimes it shows bsod with stopcode KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR.

At first I opened the top cover and I touched the heat sink of the processor to see if it is an overheating issue and it wasn't hot

but the heat sink of the chipset was very hot I don't know if that has to do with the problem.

I also tried to work at pop os and everything was fine.

Please help me!!!
