Hi,

 

My HP desktop get restarted when I am connecting on it from RDP. When I work directly on it is fine. I did reset windows 10 but issue is still there.

 

Any help?

In the input-area at the bottom left of the Windows desktop, type: EVENTVWR and press ENTER.

 

Windows records "events", such as "application crash", in one of the categories, and this "viewer" app lets you view all those "events".    Can you find anything useful?

 

Are you running the latest release of Windows 10, namely "10H2" ? If not, run Windows Update, to see if you can upgrade to that release.
