Product: HP Device Manager
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I have installed HP Device Manager 5.0.3 and tried to set up Shadowing and its proving a nightmare. Can someone explain, they use VNC (TightVNC) on the thin clients and TigerVNC to view the client. I cannot get them to connect and I believe I have tried everything. We are using the HPDM Generated Certificate and pushing then to the clients to be enable the VNC Settings and Applying Settings template. It just will not connect. Any help gratefully received.
