How do I find and install the hp bios update windows tech shown below says I need? 

 

Hope you see there is no drivers available to update BIOS and BIOS is outdated which is creating issue in Windows update failed.

You need to contact HP support t make your BIOS compatible for Widows 10.

Hi:

 

The last BIOS update released was 80.21 with a release date of Oct 2, 2015

 

Driver - HP ENVY 700-210xt CTO Desktop PC | HP® Customer Support

 

The update was only written to be run on Windows 8.1.

 

If you are running Windows 10, update the BIOS at your own risk, or reinstall W8.1.
