I tried to print a document to my HP Office Pro 8620 from my HP ENVY TE0175XT Desktop PC running on Windows 11 but the the PC could not find the printer. This has happened twice before and rebooting the PC resolved the issue. This time it did not after three reboots. I opened up MANAGER to look at the connected devices and noticed the PC icon had a yellow exclamation on it. I investigated and found out there was an important BIOS update that needed to be installed. I did that and the PC needed to reboot. I clicked OK and the machine shut down but did not reboot. It started; the fans were running; the optical drive worked and would start reading a DVD; the machine would warm up and it sounded like it always did but no boot up. The monitor would indicate that there was no signal and would go to sleep. The PC will turn on but will not respond to the Repair DVD disk nor to any of the HP UEFI diagnostic thumb drives I installed including the System Recover thumb drive. I did carefully change out the CMOS battery after first holding the power button for three minutes before installing it. Nothing changed. No boot up. I have had no problems with this PC purchased January 2020 until I upgraded to Windos 11. Help!
