Product: HP Elite x2 G8 Tablet (28R54AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

From time to time, the USB-C ports don't work and won;t allow me to charge the laptop or take any charge when it's plugged in. I ran a battery diagnostic and it told me the battery was faulty and that i needed a new battery. Since then, it seems to have fixed itself 

 

Also the track pad has stopped working
