HP EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have about 100 HP EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF's. On about 50 of them we are constantly having an issue with them freezing up. They typically freeze up right when the user first gets logged in and the click the windows search bar. They also will freeze up just on the login screen. When the Freeze happens the keyboard is still lit up but obviously non responsive. I have tried turning off fast startup, re imaged, and updated drivers but haven't had any luck fixing the issue.

Are you using usb or ps/2 mice and keyboards? Try the opposite of what your are using.  That model supports copied bios and bios setup so you could try copying a working one to a non working one.  The keyboard or mice may be plugged into usb 3 ports and that can be disabled in bios. Other things may be disabled in the bios so a setup copy would be the first thing to try for that then a bios copy, last a bios update.  SP107705.exe is the file name for the setup replication software. Do they have onboard or discrete cards?
