Hello,
I bought my laptop in September 2019 and I have taken great care of it. I have never even dropped it and it has never shown any signs of problems until the following problem.
There have been two occasions recently where I've have turned on my laptop for one second, before it dies and has to be recharged. I press the button to turn it on and the LED lights up, the screen powers on and goes through the usual booting sequence, but once it loads the Windows 10 landing screen (the one you click through to enter your login details) the laptop completely dies. It doesn't even go through the 'Shutting Down' sequence, it just completely powers off. After this happens, the battery has seemingly emptied itself because I can't turn it back on without plugging in the charger and when it powers back on it shows as charging from 0%. On one of the occasions I know for a fact the laptop was at least 50% charged before it died.
If I had to guess, it was a hardware issue but I am not a tech guy whatsoever. Any help would be amazing!
Here's my laptop's specifications if it's of any use:

I used my laptop laptop for the first time since making this post today, and it loaded up fine and I even managed to start using my laptop for a couple of minutes, which was on half charge, when my laptop died again. This time though, instead of just completely going to black, it shut down the way it does when my laptop naturally runs out of charge. On this model of laptop, the battery light also flashes when it's on low battery and when it went into shut down mode the light started flashing as well. My laptop's battery seemingly just empties itself but this time it went through a shut down sequence, when previously it's just completely died.
I followed this tutorial to check if my laptop recognised what happened as a shut down through the command prompt, and I found that my laptop actually did not recognise that the laptop shut down at all. It was showing the last time my laptop shut down as a week ago, which is not true. I am not sure what this all means but I hope it will be helpful in a diagnosis.
