Hi all,

I have just replaced my motherboard and when I turned my computer on the screen shows shades, blue/green horizontal lines and shades and it seems to me that there is a screen/graphic card issue. When I see videos the issue is even worse and the colours are every where. I checked the device manager and the graphic card and the device works properly. Can you please help me with this issue?

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

I can only provide input based on the information you provide.

Did you replace the motherboard or did HP or a local PC tech replace the motherboard? Most HP AIO PCs have integrated  Intel graphics.

Device Manager looks good. Did you update the graphics drivers?

You must have some kind of warranty on the new motherboard.

I would contact the entity that sold you the component or the firm that replaced the motherboard. Video output from a new/replacement motherboard should be normal even if you are using generic Microsoft graphics drivers.

Regards
