HP Envy 32 all in one a-0055
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This HP Envy delivered to me on 07/16, which was yesterday. I went through the set up process normally and used it for about 12 hours without problem.

However, it started shutting down after a few minutes

Please help

Thank you

@sd1257,

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is shutting down automatically after a couple of minutes.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you boot to BIOS by tapping the F10 key on startup and check whether the computer is shutting down even in the BIOS screen.

If the computer is not shutting down on the BIOS screen, then I recommend you update the BIOS, chipset, and graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
