We have had a new HP Envy for 6 months. About 1 month ago it started randomly freezing. I would shut off the tower and have to restart my work. I've run the diagnostics suggested by HP support and it is still freezing. I'm not a tech wizard and when the note from support is "remove the program causing the problem" I have no idea what program that might be. It is now freezing at least daily. Programs running at the time are email and maybe a spreadsheet document. Please help!
