Hi @AMY2310
Welcome to the HP Forum.
You can't run HP Diagnostics so I will not go there.
Your PC will give a long:short Power On Self Test audible error code to help identify a problem.
An unsupported adapter error sounds like a possible graphics card problem. A 3:3 error code is the graphics card per this HP Support site. Check other error codes at this site to identify the problem
It looks like your PC has graphics provided by the CPU. This could indicate a CPU problem.
I would have a local PC Tech check the PC.
It is not possible to diagnose this type of error in a Forum.
Opinions or troubleshooting suggestions in this response are provided independently. I am not employed by: HP, Inc. or the HP Forum.
Regards

Hi @AMY2310
My pleasure.
A long 3 beep error code followed by any of the short beep codes listed at the HP site in my previous response could be a number of different hardware problems.
A 3:2 code is a memory problem.
A 3:3 code is a graphics card problem.
A 3:4 code could be any component connected to the MB.
A 3:5 code is a CPU detection problem.
A 3:6 code code may be fixed by resetting CMOS.
So the problem may not be as severe as a bad CPU.
