HP pavilion 590
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a new HP Pavilion 590 3/17/2020.  The "start date" for the warranty  says October 16, 2019 and "end date" November 09, 2020. I have disputed the warranty  3 different times starting 3/21/2020 and furnished HP the receipt of purchase each time.  HP has not responded.  Who should I contact to resolve this warranty problem?  thank you

Sorry, but this is just self-help Community staffed mostly by volunteers and we are not authorized to deal with warranty, service or equipment replacement issues.  For these issues, you will need to contact HP Customer Support.

 

To contact HP Support see the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:
Step 1. Goto this page https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number
Case number and phone number appear.
