Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi
i have HP Pavilion 20 on startup I get this massage Start PXE over IPv4.
to fox this I need to enter bios and uncheck the box op IPv4 but the problem I scant enter bios.
on start up I press F10 or ESC but nothing want get into bios.
any suggestions please?

F10 will get you to the BIOS once the Start Up menu appears
To get to the Start Up menu, power down the computer, count to 5, then turn on the computer and keep lightly tapping the esc key repeatedly until you see the Start Up menu appear. Yes you may have to do this step more than once but it will work.
