Your PC's product number (4YQ82AA#ABG) is no longer supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

 

I have noticed in the last few months that HP seems to be removing cloud recovery tool support for notebook model series 5 years or older, and they have not communicated this situation.

 

Hundreds of notebooks that used to be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool no longer are.

 

If you need to reinstall W10, you will have to use the Microsoft media creation tool to make a bootable W10 installation flash drive from the link below:

 

Download Windows 10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page:
