Hi, I was on my desktop and it was working fine. I have this flashlight that gets powered by USB. It was attached to my computer. After I unplugged it, the computer would not come back on. Usually I just move the mouse and it wakes up. This time it would not. It made this loud beeping-like sound and then there was nothing at all. I troubleshot by holding the power button, unplugging etc, but no power. The powersupply looks undamaged. When it is plugged in, a white light appears on the bag of  the PC. Iam assuming this means power. I don't know what to do.
