Product: Pavilion 23
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

This all-in-one Pavilion 23 desktop computer has been shutting down unexpectedly for some time now. I have no idea what's causing it. The only consistent time we have identified it does this is during Skype calls. Other than that, it happens randomly. It's an old desktop. Is it just because it's old? Please help!
