Hi, my HP Pavillion 7 screen currently flashing with red-green-blue-white-black colour. I have restart but still the problem persist. Please help me.

I am not a HP employee.

 

Well, you are at an impasse.

 

You have no access to: the BIOS or to Windows.

 

Don't know what components you have. Don't know if you have on board graphics or if you are using discrete graphics.

 

Reset the BIOS or reset CMOS. Try a different monitor if this applies?? Check all connections??

 

You could pull the discrete graphics card and try on board graphics if this scenario applies??

 

Need more information.
