Product: Pavilion PV serial no. 2MD13206QD
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when I purchased this product it came with windows 7. Later I updated to Windows 10 by download. Recently I had to change the HD to Sd. Now windows wants to be activated and I need a Product key to do so or have to buy a new windows. I have no number to provide so is there a way you can give me a Product code for the downloaded Windows 10?

Hi:

 

Did you reinstall the right version of W10?

 

W10 should have activated automatically when you reinstalled it.

 

See if you can activate W10 by using the W7 product key on your PC's case.

 

Change the W10 product key to the W7 key on your PC's case.
