Product: HP Pavillion P6 Series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So, one day out of the blue. Whenever I would turn on my computer, it would show a black screen with white lettering. The page includes my computers info and then at the bottom of the page it says, “Press the ESC key for Startup Menu”. I have tried pressing “ESC” key, but nothing happens. Please help ASAP! Thank you! 🙂
