Never post private information, including the serial number of your device(s), on our very public website.
What?
Only HP agents can make legal use of private data and only when that information is requested by the HP agent.
In every other case, you are just giving away your personal details to strangers. Stay safe.
HPSA - HP Support Assistant
The only version of HPSA included in Software and drivers for HP All-in-One - 23-r150xtw CTO - Windows 10 - is the older "software" type of the HP Support System.
There are not any driver updates since, well - a few years back (one exception for 2022).
In that sense, HPSA, even were you able to install it, is of very limited value. HPSA is, after all, primarily a driver update program.
The newer style "application" version of the HP Support Assistant might not (likely won't) run on your system.
If available, you could try loading the "legacy" version from the HP Support Website OR try installing the older version from your software and drivers webpage.
HPSA Website
HP PCs - Using HP Support Assistant (Windows)
What else?
Open Software and drivers for HP All-in-One - 23-r150xtw CTO
If needed > Enter / Change the Windows OS / version
Open "Add Drivers"
Open all
Peruse the list - download, save, and install the updates you want to add to your system.
