HP desktop PC boots to blue screen saying PC didn’t start correctly

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion 22-b382ds AiO Rfrbd PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My PC started booting to a blue screen that says PC ran into a problem and  that it will restart itself in a few seconds. When restarted it shows the HP logo and then loading signal saying Preparing automatic repairs.  Starts diagnosing then it loads to another blue screen saying your PC did not start correctly.  Either restart or advanced options.  I have tried and tried and cannot get anything to work.  Please does anyone have any advice??

Power down and unplug power cord from the BACK of the AIO.  Wait 1 minute, and re-attach. Try unit.
