Product: HP ENVY m6-k000 Sleekbook .
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop will not hold a charge. The cable and power adapter all look great but when I plug it into the laptop it charges for a couple minutes then stops and my laptop will die on me. I am a student and I really need to figure out what to do. Someone please help me.

Hi,

 

Remove the battery.

 

Try running on AC power only.

 

If this works you may have a battery problem. If this does not work then you may have a problem with the PC.
