Hello,
I've got a problem with my account access. I've tried everything, but nothing helps! Even full scan of my system shows me that everything is fine. When I'm trying to enter my accout i have this blue screen (1 pic). When I review my computer's reliability and problem history, it shows me that hpcommrecovery stopped working (2 pic). After I click on the problem details - it says that the hpcommrecovery got a wrong application path (3 pic). As I understand, it all happed after I installed HP PC Hardware Diagnostic Windows - which HP Support Assistant recommended me to do. How can I fix this proplem?
Thanks,

Best regards,

Valeria
