HPDM 5.0
Other

Hi,

I'm trying to implement HPDM 5.0 at my company. Got everything, I think, so far. Except when I try to generate template from HP Update Center. It doesn't matter what application or image I create as a template. Every time it says: "Following templates were successfully generated:...." But then I look at the status of the template and it says "Failed" with the following screenshot error.Failed stats for template created.png

The account used to generate the template has admin access to HPDM 5.0 and the box HPDM is installed on. FTP user auth is all users.

What am I missing?

Additional info: I can capture and deploy an image from HPDM to a device. I can even use ThinState to make a copy of the image and send it to the FTP server. Both work withou any issue.
