HP Recommended
Product: HP Pro Tower 400 G9 PCI Desktop PC (52J89AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I frequently get HPTAClient error which then leads a few moments later to a blue screen and system abort.
The HPTA error is:
[HPTADiag].[1] Error in Updating Files from Catalog Destination to DownloadFileCache.cache for: OnDemandJobServiceCatalog. Error:: System.ArgumentNullException: Der Wert darf nicht NULL sein.
Parametername: path1
bei System.IO.Path.Combine(String path1, String path2)
bei TAInstaller.CatalogManager.Processors.ExternalCatalogProcessor.GetLatestDestDirPathForSync()
bei TAInstaller.CatalogManager.AbstractClasses.CatalogProcessor.UpdateCatalogDestinationFilesToCache()
The blue screen reports: critical process died.
NO DUMP is created !!!
